Job summary

Talkspace is seeking a Network Strategic Operations Coordinator to support planning, implementation, and launch of strategic initiatives across Network Operations. You will manage projects, coordinate across providers, facilities, and internal teams, and drive process improvements from planning to post-launch follow-up.

Ideal candidates have a BA/BS and 2+ years in operations or project management, with strong organizational and stakeholder-management skills in healthcare operations.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred.
• 2+ years of operations, project coordination, project management, healthcare operations, or related experience required.
• Experience managing projects or initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, implementation, and execution of new initiatives in Network Operations.
• Serve as project manager for assigned initiatives with plans, timelines, milestones, and launch requirements.
• Support initiatives from concept through launch and post-launch follow-up.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to keep projects on track and within scope.
