Job summary

Talkspace is seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive the execution of complex engineering initiatives within our product team. This remote role reports to product and engineering leaders and collaborates with cross-functional partners to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans.

Responsibilities include planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and coordination across web, mobile, API, backend, and other teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical project management experience.
• Experience coordinating complex projects across engineering teams and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication skills, translating between technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Translate roadmap priorities into executable engineering plans.
• Lead planning and execution across the software development life cycle.
• Maintain timelines, milestones, and delivery plans.
• Track dependencies and resolve blockers.
• Coordinate releases across web, mobile, API, backend, and other teams.
• Monitor project health and surface risks to leadership.
