Job summary

Oscar is seeking a Network Coordinator for the Network Contracting team. This remote position supports the local network strategy and ensures providers have the information and support needed for high-quality member care.

You will report to the Director, Network Contracting, and work with senior network specialists to assist contracting, data entry, outreach, and regular reporting on network adequacy and improvement.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of work experience in project management, operations or related field.
• 1+ year of experience in a client-facing or customer support capacity.
• 1+ year of experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (or Google suite equivalents).

Responsibilities

• Support the design and/or execution of a network construction and support plan for a market or state with guidance from your manager.
• Meet defined metrics and SLAs including provider issue resolution and contract completion.
• Assist with contracting negotiations, data entry, research, provider outreach, and other administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with senior network specialists to identify, source, and contract providers in a region.
• Document provider feedback and questions to help improve templates and processes.
• Assist with regular reporting on network adequacy, construction, and improvement as required.
