Wellthy is leveraging data-powered care solutions to expand its backup care network across the United States. This role focuses on identifying gaps, forecasting demand, and supporting provider outreach and partnerships to improve care delivery.

You will collaborate with leadership to align network strategy with Wellthy’s marketplace vision, ensuring accurate, timely data and scalable analytics.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and large or complex datasets.
• Ability to identify patterns and translate analysis into practical business actions.
• Comfortable communicating findings to both analytical and non-analytical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Wellthy’s backup care provider network to identify gaps across geography, capacity, and coverage.
• Translate data trends into market-level priorities for provider acquisition and expansion.
• Forecast demand and evaluate provider coverage for new employer launches.
• Build and maintain dashboards, benchmarks, and recurring analyses for network health.
• Track provider acquisition and expansion to ensure gaps are closed and fulfillment improves.
• Own day-to-day network health and data accuracy for provider information and capacity.
• Collaborate with Partnerships and Operations to surface constraints and prioritize outreach.
• Work with Data, Product, and Engineering to improve network tooling and processes.
