Job summary

Sikich LLC is seeking a NetSuite Senior Design Consultant to lead the design and delivery of NetSuite solutions for a diverse client base. This remote role requires deep hands-on experience with NetSuite design, requirements gathering, and solution architecture to drive business value.

You will collaborate with clients, guide process analysis, create design documentation, and mentor junior consultants. Occasional travel to client sites (up to 30%) may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience implementing and designing NetSuite solutions.
• NetSuite certifications highly preferred.
• Experience across SaaS, Life Sciences, Professional Services, Retail, Manufacturing, or Distribution.
• Ability to lead client engagements and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end NetSuite design and delivery, including requirements gathering, business process mapping, solution architecture, and system configuration documentation.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and translate requirements into scalable and robust NetSuite solutions.
• Develop functional specifications, solution process flows, and design documentation.
• Facilitate design workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder meetings to align expectations and project scope.
• Support junior consultants, sharing knowledge and promoting skills development within the team.
