Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience in a specialist domain.
• Bachelor's degree or MBA in Business, Finance, Accounting, Software, or related field.
• Hands-on NetSuite ERP implementation experience.
• 10–15+ end-to-end NetSuite implementations.
• NetSuite certifications highly preferred (ERP Consultant, Administrator, SuiteFoundation).

Responsibilities

• Lead and act as a Solution Architect on full-cycle NetSuite implementation projects across varying sizes and complexities.
• Manage all project phases: discovery, design, build, testing, training, deployment; escalate functionally as needed.
• Perform fit/gap analysis to drive system design and execution.
• Develop wireframes and schematics to support requirements gathering and process discovery.
• Lead project management activities: planning, work breakdown structures, change control.
• Collaborate with in-house development to implement custom solutions; produce technical design docs.
• Advocate for clients with best practices and industry knowledge during engagements.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal initiatives.
• Willingness to travel and accommodate flexible hours including nights/weekends as needed.
