MRL Consulting Group | Global Niche Technology Recruitment is seeking an experienced ERP Business Analyst with a strong NetSuite background. The role is remote with occasional travel to Texas, supporting Finance and Operations, managing tickets, and driving enhancements in a highly customised NetSuite environment.

You will lead UAT, translate business requirements into functional specs, and collaborate with Finance, Operations, and developers to deliver system improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in ERP or business systems analysis, with the majority of that experience in NetSuite.
• Strong experience working within a highly customised NetSuite environment.
• Solid understanding of finance processes, including general ledger, month-end close, revenue recognition, and AP/AR.
• Proven experience with Order to Cash and Procure to Pay workflows.
• Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and functional documentation.
• Advanced NetSuite Saved Searches and basic-to-intermediate SQL skills.
• Experience managing functional testing, UAT, and business sign-off.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.

Responsabilités

• Analyse and resolve NetSuite support tickets, identifying root causes and recommending solutions.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with Finance, Operations, and technical developers to deliver system enhancements.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinate business sign-off, and support controlled releases.
• Support Order to Cash (O2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P) processes, including invoicing, purchasing, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Configure and maintain NetSuite workflows, custom fields, records, roles, and permissions.
• Develop advanced saved searches, reports, dashboards, and exception reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, data quality, and operational efficiency.
