Atticus Advisory Solutions Inc. is seeking a NetSuite Delivery Manager to oversee the successful delivery of NetSuite implementations, optimizations, integrations, and managed services engagements.

You will act as the operational leader across multiple client projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with customer expectations. You will bridge clients, consultants, solution architects, project managers, and executive leadership, driving delivery excellence,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Business/Accounting
• 5+ years NetSuite implementation/ERP delivery experience
• 3+ years delivery management/leadership across multiple client projects
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite ERP implementations, integrations, and managed services
• Experience managing budgets, profitability, and forecasting

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of NetSuite projects and managed services engagements.
• Establish governance, delivery standards, and quality controls.
• Monitor project health, budgets, scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Ensure consultants follow implemented methodologies and delivery processes.
• Lead escalation management and coordinate recovery plans for project risks.
• Drive accountability across consultants, project managers, and solution architects.
• Serve as executive-level point of contact for strategic clients.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders.
• Forecast staffing needs and participate in hiring decisions.
• Coordinate resource assignments based on skills, availability, and priorities.
• Monitor team productivity and workload distribution.
• Oversee project profitability, budgets, burn rates, and revenue forecasts.
• Monitor time entry and billing readiness.
• Manage change orders and scope expansions.
• Ensure engagements align with contractual commitments.
