Responsabilidades

• Establish governance, delivery standards, and quality controls.
• Monitor project health, budgets, scope, timelines, and resource allocation.

• Drive accountability across consultants, project managers, and solution architects.
• Serve as executive-level point of contact for strategic clients.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders.

• Coordinate resource assignments based on skills, availability, and priorities.
• Monitor team productivity and workload distribution.
• Oversee project profitability, budgets, burn rates, and revenue forecasts.
• Monitor time entry and billing readiness.
• Manage change orders and scope expansions.

Role Summary:

The NetSuite Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of NetSuite implementation, optimization, integration, and managed services engagements. This role serves as the operational leader across multiple client projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with customer expectations.

The Delivery Manager acts as the bridge between clients, consultants, solution architects, project managers, and executive leadership. They drive delivery excellence, resource utilization, forecasting, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement across the consulting practice.

What You'll Be Doing:

Delivery Leadership

• Own the successful delivery of a portfolio of NetSuite projects and managed services engagements.
• Establish project governance, delivery standards, and quality controls.
• Monitor project health, risks, budgets, scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Ensure consultants follow established implementation methodologies and delivery processes.
• Lead escalation management and coordinate recovery plans when project risks arise.
• Drive accountability across consultants, project managers, and solution architects.

Client Relationship Management

• Serve as an executive-level point of contact for strategic clients.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders.
• Conduct executive steering committee meetings and project status reviews.
• Manage customer expectations regarding scope, timelines, and outcomes.
• Identify expansion opportunities and partner with sales on account growth initiatives.

Resource & Capacity Management

• Manage consulting utilization and capacity planning.
• Balance project demand against available delivery resources.
• Forecast staffing needs and participate in hiring decisions.
• Coordinate resource assignments based on skills, availability, and project priorities.
• Monitor team productivity and workload distribution.

Financial Management

• Oversee project profitability and gross margin performance.
• Review project budgets, burn rates, and revenue forecasts.
• Monitor time entry compliance and billing readiness.
• Manage change orders and scope expansion opportunities.
• Ensure engagements remain aligned with contractual commitments.

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, mentor, and coach NetSuite consultants, project managers, and delivery leads.
• Support onboarding and development of consulting team members.
• Establish best practices, reusable assets, and delivery playbooks.
• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Participate in performance discussions and career development planning.

Quality Assurance

• Ensure solution quality prior to customer validation and go-live.
• Review project deliverables for completeness and adherence to standards.
• Support deployment readiness reviews and hypercare planning.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and project success metrics.
• Drive lessons learned and continuous process improvements.

Managed Services Oversight

• Oversee managed services delivery and support operations.
• Ensure SLA compliance and customer responsiveness.
• Coordinate priority escalation management.
• Establish operational procedures for support and enhancement requests.
• Partner with Customer Success teams on long-term client roadmaps.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in NetSuite implementation, ERP consulting, or enterprise systems delivery.
• 3+ years of experience in delivery management or consulting leadership, overseeing multiple client projects.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite ERP implementation, optimization, integrations, and managed services.
• Proven experience managing project budgets, profitability, resource utilization, forecasting, and delivery performance.
• Demonstrated ability to manage executive-level client relationships, project escalations, and stakeholder expectations.
• Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing consulting teams.
• Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, quality assurance, and SLA compliance.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
