West Monroe is seeking a Manager to join our NetSuite team within our Technology & Experience Practice in Los Angeles. The role requires leading NetSuite deployments, driving ERP transformation, and leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve delivery, efficiency, and client outcomes.

You will mentor consultants, manage budgets and risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across Financial Management, OneWorld, ARM, SuiteBilling, CRM, and WMS to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; equivalent experience considered.
• 7+ years in a professional services role.
• 6+ years of ERP implementation and business transformation experience, including hands-on NetSuite configuration.

Responsibilities

• Lead NetSuite implementation, optimization, and transformation engagements for middle-market clients.
• Serve as the primary delivery lead, managing client relationships, project governance, scope, budget, risks, and engagement success.
• Develop implementation strategies, solution architectures, and roadmaps aligned to client objectives.
