Job summary

Hahns Peak Consulting is a business systems consulting firm specializing in NetSuite ERP, integrations, supply chain, financial systems, ecommerce, and long-term managed services. We partner with growing organizations to simplify complex systems and processes, improving operations and building scalable technology environments for long-term growth.

You will lead the consulting delivery organization, ensuring engagements are properly scoped, staffed, managed, and delivered.

Qualifications

5+ years of ERP, business systems or services experience.
Significant NetSuite implementations or optimization experience.
Experience leading multiple concurrent client engagements.
Strong understanding of project economics: scope, budget, utilization.
Proven ability to manage executive client relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead the client delivery portfolio, ensuring on-time, on-scope, within-budget engagements.
Improve delivery standards and methodology across services.
Manage resource planning and hiring plans with leadership.
Review complex solution designs and weigh config/ customization options.
Oversee delivery profitability, billable utilization, forecasting.
Mentor consultants and project managers, developing leaders.
