Job summary

Inseego Corp in the United States seeks a Senior NetSuite Business Systems Analyst to own and optimize our NetSuite ERP. This hybrid role blends finance, supply chain and sales collaboration with technical development to configure, customize, and improve NetSuite and bolt-ons.

You will design SuiteScript 2.x customizations, lead integrations with Salesforce, Rippling and Arena, and drive AI-enabled automation across the ERP ecosystem. Strong NetSuite and SuiteScript skills required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience in a hybrid role
• Deep functional knowledge across NetSuite modules (GL/AR/AP/FA, Inventory, Order Mgmt, Procurement, Revenue Recognition)
• Proficient in SuiteScript 2.x (User Event, Client, Scheduled, RESTlet, Suitelet, Map/Reduce)
• Strong experience with SuiteFlow, custom records, saved searches, and report builder
• Experience with NetSuite REST and SOAP (SuiteTalk) web services
• Ability to write clear functional requirements, technical design docs & test plans
• NetSuite SuiteFoundation or Administrator certification
• Working knowledge of AI-powered automation tools and MCP concepts

Responsibilities

• Serve as NetSuite platform owner, managing configurations, customizations, roles, permissions and upgrades
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain and Sales to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Design and develop SuiteScript 2.x customizations (User Event, RESTlets, Suitelets, Map/Reduce)
• Build and maintain custom records, fields, forms, workflows, and saved searches/reports
• Manage NetSuite integrations with Salesforce, Rippling, Arena and other partners
• Lead NetSuite implementation projects, enhancements and new module rollouts
• Perform root cause analysis on issues and data discrepancies
• Conduct end-user training, create documentation and support change management
• Coordinate NetSuite sandbox management and bi-annual release testing
• Evaluate third-party SuiteApps and integration solutions
• Configure MCP connections and AI-related automation within NetSuite
