Job summary

Inseego Corp. is seeking a Senior NetSuite Business Systems Analyst to own and optimize the NetSuite ERP platform across Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Sales.

This hybrid role requires hands-on SuiteScript development, extensive NetSuite integrations, and leadership of end-to-end implementation projects. You will work with Salesforce, Rippling, Arena, and analytics tools, driving data-driven improvements and AI-assisted automation across the ERP landscape.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience in a hybrid role.
• Deep knowledge of Financials, Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, Revenue Recognition.
• Proficient in SuiteScript 2.x and SuiteFlow workflows.
• Experience with NetSuite REST and SOAP integrations and multi-subsidiary setups.
• Certification: NetSuite SuiteFoundation or Administrator.

Responsibilities

• Serve as NetSuite platform owner, configurations, roles, permissions, releases.
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Design and develop SuiteScript 2.x customizations including RESTlets and Map/Reduce scripts.
• Build and maintain custom records, fields, forms, workflows, and saved searches/reports.
• Manage NetSuite integrations with Salesforce, Rippling, Arena PLM, and analytics platforms.
• Lead NetSuite implementation projects and end-to-end improvements.
• Perform root cause analysis and support change management activities.
