Job summary

Inseego Corp is seeking a Senior NetSuite Business Systems Analyst to own and optimize the NetSuite ERP platform. You will work with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Sales to configure, customize, and improve NetSuite, while building integrations with bolt-ons like Salesforce and Arena.

The role requires hands-on SuiteScript development, strong integration experience, and leadership of end-to-end NetSuite projects, including AI-enabled automation initiatives to enhance data-driven

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience in a techno-functional or equivalent hybrid role.
• Deep functional knowledge across core NetSuite modules: Financials, Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, Revenue Recognition.
• Proficient in SuiteScript 2.x (User Event, Client, Scheduled, RESTlet, Suitelet, Map/Reduce).
• Strong experience with SuiteFlow, custom records, saved searches, and report builder.
• Experience with NetSuite REST and SOAP (SuiteTalk) web services for integration development.
• Ability to write clear functional requirements, technical design documents, and test plans.
• NetSuite SuiteFoundation or Administrator certification (or equivalent experience).
• Working knowledge of AI-powered automation tools within ERP environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary NetSuite platform owner—managing configurations, roles, permissions, and upgrades.
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Design and develop SuiteScript 2.x customizations (User Event, RESTlets, Suitelets, Map/Reduce).
• Build and maintain custom records, fields, forms, workflows, and saved searches/reports.
• Manage NetSuite integrations with Salesforce, Rippling HRIS, Arena PLM, and external partners.
• Lead NetSuite implementation projects, enhancements, and new module rollouts end-to-end.
• Perform root cause analysis on system issues, data discrepancies, and performance bottlenecks.
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and change management support.
