Job summary

Seed Health seeks a technically skilled owner of Seed's ERP systems, centered on NetSuite, to architect, implement, and govern our multi-entity ERP ecosystem. You’ll write SuiteScript, design integrations, and drive AI-powered automation across financial and operations workflows.

You will partner with Finance, Operations, Growth, and Tech to deliver scalable, auditable processes, ensure data integrity, and enable self-serve capabilities for cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in ERP/business systems roles with hands-on NetSuite development in a multi-entity environment.
• Expert in SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteQL, NetSuite REST/SuiteTalk APIs; building production Map/Reduce scripts and RESTlets.
• Deep experience with iPaaS platforms and high-volume integration patterns; omnichannel commerce context a plus.
• Strong communication and project-management skills; able to own budgets and cross-functional implementations.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture, administration, and development of NetSuite as Seed's system of record across channels.
• Design, build, and maintain SuiteScript solutions, workflows, saved searches, and SuiteQL-driven automation.
• Lead end-to-end integration layer with 3PL, Ramp, EDI, and other platforms; monitor and recover from errors.
• Govern scripts, releases, API concurrency, and documentation; build AI-augmented workflows for reconciliation and billing.
• Partner with Controller to ensure close automation, data integrity, and audit-readiness of system controls.
• Create user-friendly interfaces and self-serve capabilities for non-technical teams; write technical docs and training.
