Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a NetSuite Administrator to support, maintain, and enhance an established NetSuite ERP environment. The role partners with Finance, Accounting, IT, and business stakeholders to drive day-to-day operations and system improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field or equivalent experience.
• NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification.
• 2+ years administering or supporting NetSuite ERP.
• 1+ year working with Finance/Accounting teams and requirements.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite modules (Financials, CRM, Inventory, or Order Management).
• Understanding of general ledger and accounts payable concepts.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support NetSuite users, roles, permissions, and security.
• Support NetSuite enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and customizations.
• Develop workflows, dashboards, reports, and saved searches.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot NetSuite issues and assist end users.
• Monitor system performance and ensure integrity.
