Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a NetSuite Administrator to support, maintain, and enhance an established NetSuite ERP environment. This role partners with Finance, Accounting, IT, and business stakeholders to enable daily operations, implement enhancements, and improve processes.

This opportunity is remote with periodic travel to Madison, WI, and requires NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification and 2+ years of NetSuite experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field or equivalent experience.
• NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification.
• 2+ years administering or supporting NetSuite ERP.
• 1+ yearworking with Finance or Accounting teams.
• Knowledge of NetSuite modules such as Financials, CRM, Inventory, or Order Management.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support NetSuite users, roles, permissions, and security.
• Support enhancements, upgrades, integrations, implementations, and customizations.
• Develop workflows, dashboards, reports, and saved searches.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues and assist end users.
• Monitor performance and maintain system integrity.
• Coordinate with external vendors for third-party integrations.
• Create user documentation and training materials.
• Train users and promote NetSuite adoption.
• Collaborate with Finance and Accounting for reporting and process improvements.
• Assist testing and automation scripts.
