Job summary

The Wisconsin Foundation and Alumni Association (WFAA) is seeking a NetSuite Administrator to join the IT team. This role focuses on supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the NetSuite ERP platform to enable seamless operations with Finance, Controllers Office, and cross-functional teams.

Remote work is possible with periodic travel to Madison; candidates must reside in AZ, CO, IL, IA, NE, NM, NY, TX, or WI to be eligible for remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field or equivalent experience.
• NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification.
• 2+ years administering or supporting NetSuite ERP in a business environment.
• 1+ year working with finance/accounting teams to understand requirements.
• Working knowledge of NetSuite modules: Financials, CRM, Inventory, Order Management.
• Knowledge of general accounting principles: GL, AP, etc.
• Experience supporting NetSuite integrations, API-based processes or 3rd-party apps.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily NetSuite administration, maintenance, and support including user access and security.
• Support implementations, upgrades, integrations, and customizations to meet objectives.
• Develop, test, and deploy workflows, dashboards, reports, and saved searches.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Monitor performance and implement best practices for optimization.
• Train and support end users; create documentation; promote adoption.
• Manage third‑party integrations and coordinate with vendors.
• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy policies.
• Stay current with NetSuite updates and industry trends.
• Share knowledge with finance and IT staff to resolve issues.
