Job summary

WP Engine in Milwaukee is seeking a NetSuite Administrator, Financial Systems, to manage NetSuite configurations, troubleshoot issues, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and integrations with Coupa, Avalara, Nexonia, and more.

You will work on ERP and Order-to-Cash lifecycles, ensure controls and reporting, and expand proficiency across platforms while contributing to scalable, reliable financial systems.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of NetSuite administration experience.
• Familiar with NetSuite modules: SuiteBilling, Fixed Assets, Advanced Revenue Module (ARM).
• Experience in developing custom solutions within NetSuite.
• Understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
• Hands-on experience with complex Order-to-Cash lifecycles and multi-system integration bottlenecks.
• Knowledge of access controls, compliance and security practices.
• Ability to design and communicate reports clearly.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as NetSuite domain specialist and systems administrator for our NetSuite ERP.
• Participate in implementation and integration projects with multiple teams to refine user roles, permissions and controls.
• Provide internal support on system issues including availability and performance optimization.
• Evaluate system issues, identify alternatives, and implement timely solutions.
• Learn new systems and tools to improve processes and architecture.
• Document requirements and design/audit reports for management.
