Guidehouse is seeking a Managing Consultant - NERC CIP SME in Chicago or remotely to lead client engagements, manage project workstreams, and integrate sales with delivery. You will conduct audits, improve compliance, and deliver solutions across North America.

The role requires 5+ years in electric utility or NERC context, strong communication and project management skills, willingness to travel up to 25%, and the ability to work onsite or with clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of post-graduation experience in electric utility, energy, or a NERC-related regulator.
• Strong project management and communication skills with client-facing experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work onsite or with client offices.

Responsabilités

• Support or lead sales and growth targets within the Risk, Compliance, Security Team.
• Support or establish business development meetings and industry relationships for NA success.
• Lead workstreams to assess and enhance business strategies, processes, and structures.
• Conduct NERC audits, improve compliance and cybersecurity processes.
• Apply technical competencies on the ground with clients.
• Ensure quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
