NERC Compliance Associate / NERC CIP Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced NERC Compliance professional for an opportunity within the power generation industry. This position will support and coordinate NERC Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) compliance activities while partnering with operations, IT/OT, cybersecurity, and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and maintain NERC CIP compliance activities, procedures, and documentation
• Support audits, self-assessments, evidence collection, and regulatory requests
• Identify compliance gaps and assist with corrective actions and continuous improvement
• Support cybersecurity practices including patching, access controls, configuration management, and change management
• Work with IT/OT and plant control systems, including DCS/PLC environments

Preferred Background:

• Power generation, utility, or NERC-regulated industry experience preferred
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, networks, firewalls, and cybersecurity practices
• Exposure to DCS, PLC, SCADA, or industrial control systems is a plus
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
