Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• 5+ years of relevant utilities industry or consulting experience.
• Experience related to climate resilience, grid modernization, and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to creative problem-solving to drive client outcomes.
• Provide fact findings, research, and analysis on energy-related activities.
• Understand climate data sources and apply methods to client assets.
• Perform statistical and economic analyses in Excel, R, Python.
• Prepare workshop materials, attend sessions, and summarize outcomes.
• Prepare reports and client deliverables; present results to clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues and client staff; mentor junior analysts.
