Qualifications

• Strong PM experience in regulated environments.
• Solid knowledge of NERC CIP standards and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with security assessment methodologies and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration of NERC CIP compliance programs between Connstellation and Calpine.
• Develop, execute, and manage project plans for merging systems, processes, and compliance programs.
• Design and align security frameworks and compliance workflows.
• Review management model documentation and engineering design deliverables.
• Perform site walkdowns and field validation activities.
• Prepare and maintain project and compliance documentation.
• Ensure adherence to NERC CIP standards and compliance requirements.
• Maintain audit readiness and track all auditable items throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide program oversight across multiple sites and coordinate cross-functional activities.
• Manage project schedules, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate monthly travel for oversight of project execution across multiple locations.
