Job summary

GridSME is seeking a Compliance Account Manager in the US. This role drives client management for Managed Compliance Services, leveraging NERC CIP/O&P expertise to guide clients through standards, develop and maintain compliance programs, and coordinate across GridSME resources.

Strong leadership, documentation, and communication are essential. You will engage with stakeholders, draft procedures, assess program gaps, and contribute to industry training and collaboration, while supporting

Qualifications

• NERC CIP and O&P experience with policy documentation.
• Ability to identify gaps and improve business processes.
• Timely outreach and clear communication with clients.
• Strong negotiation, leadership and project management skills.
• Ability to work with clients who have limited NERC knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Act as the client manager for GridSME MCS clients.
• Facilitate periodic client meetings and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on NERC Reliability Standards compliance needs.
• Develop and manage the client's NERC compliance program documentation.
• Draft procedures, policies and attestations in support of compliance.
• Review client programs and evidence against NERC standards.
• Collaborate with internal GridSME resources on compliance projects.
• Participate in industry training and working groups; maintain evidence repositories.
• Assist with project management and mentoring of Compliance staff.
