Job Description:

We are seeking a Part-Time NEMT Driver to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others and is looking for a rewarding position in patient care logistics. Due to increasing trip volume and new contracts, this part-time role offers a clear pathway to full-time employment for motivated and reliable individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely transport clients to and from scheduled medical appointments using a company vehicle.
Provide friendly, compassionate, and professional assistance to clients based on their specific needs.
Safely operate and assist clients with various mobility aids, including stretchers, stair chairs, wheelchairs, and provide ambulatory assistance.
Utilize GPS and navigation apps effectively to plan efficient routes.
Maintain a clean and professional vehicle, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and secured.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and traffic laws.
Complete daily trip logs and documentation accurately.

Qualifications:

A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Clean Background/Fingerprinting.
High School or Equivalent.
Must be personable, patient, and have a genuine passion for helping people, including the elderly and those with limited mobility.
Ability to learn and confidently perform patient handling techniques (full paid training provided).
Physical ability to lift, bend, and assist clients as needed.
Excellent navigation skills and the ability to follow GPS directions.
Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.

Compensation: $18 per hour, with a rapid pathway to $19 per hour based on completion of training and demonstrate proficiency during the 90 probationary period.
