Qualifications

• Experience leading B2B or enterprise sales in US college athletics, sports technology, data or SaaS.
• Experience coaching sales activity and managing an accurate forecast.
• Excellent executive communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently across the United States.
• Existing network across athletic departments, conferences and coaching or analytics communities.
• Experience selling tracking data, performance analytics, APIs or workflow software.
• Knowledge of transfer-portal, recruiting and roster-construction workflows.
• Competitive, disciplined and customer-led.
• A clear coach who raises standards and enjoys helping others win.
• Data-informed, direct and accountable for outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own NCAA segment strategy, pipeline, forecast, targets and sales operating rhythm.
• Lead and coach NCAA business development activity, including account allocation and opportunity reviews.
• Build senior relationships with athletic departments, coaches, recruiting, scouting, performance and analytics leaders.
• Develop repeatable messaging, demonstrations and commercial plays for basketball and American football programs.
• Partner with Customer Solutions to drive onboarding, adoption, renewal, advocacy and expansion.
