Job summary

SkillCorner is seeking an NCAA Sales Manager to drive commercial execution across US college athletics, focusing on basketball, American football and soccer. You will own the segment plan and forecast, coach sales activity, and lead strategic opportunities to position SkillCorner’s tracking data and analytics.

You will build relationships with athletic departments, coaches and analytics leaders, managing complex deals from discovery to close.

Qualifications

• Proven success leading B2B or enterprise sales in US college athletics, sports technology, data or SaaS.
• Strong understanding of NCAA buying processes and the needs of basketball and/or American football programs.
• Experience coaching sales activity and managing an accurate forecast.
• Excellent executive communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own NCAA segment strategy, pipeline, forecast, targets and sales operating rhythm.
• Lead and coach NCAA business development activity, including account allocation and opportunity reviews.
• Build senior relationships with athletic departments, coaches, recruiting, scouting, performance and analytics leaders.
• Lead complex and strategic deals from discovery through procurement, negotiation and close.
• Develop repeatable messaging, demonstrations and commercial plays for basketball and American football programs.
• Partner with Customer Solutions to drive onboarding, adoption, renewal, advocacy and expansion.
• Represent SkillCorner at NCAA, coaching, analytics and sports-technology events and feed market insight into product strategy.
