BrentCare Behavioral Health in North Carolina seeks a Director of Business Development & Outreach to drive referral growth across NC, building relationships with clinicians, schools, hospitals, and community partners. Remote/field-based, with preference for Charlotte or Raleigh metro, reporting to the VP of Business Development.

You will develop territory plans, monitor CRM-driven KPIs, and coordinate admissions with clinical teams to ensure a seamless family experience from first referral

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, marketing, or related field.
• 1+ year in business development, clinical outreach or healthcare sales, or 3+ years in relevant industry.
• Working knowledge of adolescent development and mental health.

Aufgaben

• Conduct face-to-face meetings to understand referents' needs and establish BrentCare as a go-to partner.
• Deliver presentations, CE events, and workshops for clinical, school, and community audiences.
• Develop and execute a North Carolina territory plan with referral and admissions targets.
• Analyze referral patterns and CRM data to prioritize accounts and identify new channels.
• Log KPI activity in CRM and collaborate with Marketing on collateral and events.
