Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field.
• Experience in business development within mental health.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic and compassionate approach to family support.
• CRM experience and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Implement marketing activities to generate leads and revenue through market research, networking and partnerships.
• Develop outreach strategies to raise awareness of BrentCare Behavioral Health programs in the community.
• Identify and nurture business opportunities aligned with BrentCare's strategic goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources including healthcare providers, schools and community orgs.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop outreach materials and online content.
• Conduct educational presentations and workshops on mental health and addiction services.
• Represent BrentCare at events to establish partnerships with key stakeholders.
• Coordinate admissions by acting as a liaison between referral sources and BrentCare.
• Track outreach activities and referrals using the BrentCare CRM system.
• Stay informed about trends in mental health to communicate value effectively.
