Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to initiate conversations, engage unfamiliar individuals, and build productive professional relationships.
• Independently identify opportunities, manage priorities, and follow through to achieve results.
• Proficiency with common business technology and ability to learn CRM and reporting systems.
• Must reside in North Carolina and be willing to travel within assigned markets.
• Experience in healthcare, ABA, or provider relations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with pediatricians, diagnostic providers, therapists, schools, and autism organizations.
• Build and maintain trusted partner relationships through regular visits and communication.
• Educate partners about KBH services, referral processes, and availability to support referrals.
• Plan and conduct proactive in-person outreach across markets to develop new referrals.
• Represent KBH at community events and professional meetings; coordinate Lunch & Learns with local clinic teams.
• Develop and execute outreach plans aligned with market priorities and clinic capacity.
• Monitor referral activity and support growth in qualified referrals.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership, intake, and marketing to ensure timely information for partners.
• Maintain referral partner information and outreach records in HubSpot; report trends.
