Job summary

Advanceable ABA is seeking a Clinical Director to lead our North Carolina clinical programs, with a focus on Raleigh/Triangle area growth. Location in NC with in-person support and periodic travel to clients, staff, and partners is required.

Lead a team of BCBAs/BCaBAs, drive quality and outcomes, and collaborate with families and referral partners to support program expansion and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA/BCBA-D certification in good standing.
• NC licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and clinical leadership for NC programs.
• Supervise, coach, and support BCBAs, BCaBAs, and other clinicians.
• Monitor quality, documentation, and outcomes across the clinical program.
