Job summary

Fisher Phillips is seeking a New Business Intake Conflicts Specialist for a fully remote role, preferred for candidates in West or East Coast time zones. The role supports intake processing, document review, and project work within the firm’s intake and technology teams.

Candidates should have at least three years in a law firm environment; familiarity with Intapp, iManage and Aderant is preferred. Compensation ranges from $28.85 to $36.06 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in a law firm environment is required (minimum 3 years).
• Experience with Intapp, iManage and Aderant is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake of requests from attorneys, Accounting, and others with accurate, timely responses.
• Review new matter requests for accuracy and compliance with firm policy.
• Ensure timely processing of new matter intake forms within Intapp.
• Communicate with lawyers and assistants regarding matter opening procedures.
• Assist in firm technology projects involving new business intake.
