Job summary

Fisher Phillips, a leading international labor and employment law firm, is expanding our intake team with a New Business Intake Conflicts Specialist. This full-time, fully remote role supports timely matter openings and accurate intake processing for attorneys and staff.

Requirements include a minimum of three years in a law firm environment; experience with Intapp, iManage and Aderant is preferred. We welcome candidates in West or East Coast time zones, with competitive hourly pay and strong

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of experience in a law firm environment – preferably new business intake.
• Experience with Intapp, iManage and Aderant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake requests from attorneys, Accounting, and others with accurate responses.
• Review new matter requests for accuracy and policy adherence.
• Ensure timely processing of new matter intake forms within Intapp.
• Communicate with lawyers and assistants regarding matter opening procedures.
• Assist in firm technology projects involving new business intake.
