Job summary

C Ti CRM is seeking a remote courseware developer to design and produce instructional materials for Navy training. You will craft script storyboards, develop comprehensive courseware, and select media to meet learning objectives while traveling to Navy schoolhouses as needed.

The role requires 4-8 years in courseware development, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment within the United States.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Degree or equivalent.
• 4-8 years of courseware development experience.
• Excellent oral, written, and visual communication skills.
• Handle multiple tasks; flexible with work assignments.
• Work well with a multitude of personalities.
• Work with little to no supervision.

Responsibilities

• Design/develop script storyboards.
• Develop courseware and supporting documents.
• Select instructional media, materials, and equipment to meet learning objectives.
• Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
