Job summary

Topgolf is seeking a Sr. Manager of National Tourism Sales Programs to lead a national strategy across our venue portfolio, collaborating with DMOs, CVBs, and tour operators to position Topgolf as a premier event destination and drive multi-year partnerships.

This remote role requires 7+ years in tourism event sales, strong leadership, and proven ability to negotiate contracts, manage pipelines in Salesforce, and partner with venue sales teams to grow revenue.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of tourism event sales experience in hospitality, entertainment, and/or sports.
• 2+ years in a people management role with proven team leadership.
• Strong communication with guests, teammates and management.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.

Responsibilities

• Implement strategic business plan and Tour operator packages to grow the Tourism portfolio and launch new Tour & Travel programs.
• Negotiate annual contracts with senior executives, top decision makers, tour operators, and sponsors.
• Own and drive revenue targets for the venue’s event tourism portfolio, including new business and retention.
• Identify emerging market opportunities in event tourism, hotels, and youth travel associations to expand Topgolf’s client base.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline using Salesforce with accurate forecasting for senior leadership.
• Establish sales processes and best practices to drive team performance; conduct pipeline reviews.
