Job summary

TODCO, a division of Overhead Door Corporation, seeks an exceptional sales leader to drive revenue from a home-based location. You will report to the Division President and oversee a national team including the National Fleet Manager, National Accounts Manager, and district sales leaders.

You will direct sales strategy, manage budgets, and build relationships with OEMs and end users while traveling extensively to support growth and profitability across markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales leadership experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business preferred.
• Willingness to travel 65–75% to visit key accounts and trade shows.
• Experience in transportation manufacturing is a strong plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; professional, ethical, and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the activities and execution of the sales team and drive top-line revenue.
• Develop and coordinate selling philosophy and strategy aligned with business plan.
• Plan and monitor budgets, headcount, and operating procedures for the sales function.
• Entertain customers and develop new business with OEMs and end-users.
• Provide weekly reporting, coaching, and performance metrics to optimize results.
