Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a National Rental Customer Development Manager to manage top national rental accounts across West and Central regions. This remote role offers significant travel, uncapped commission, and a strong benefits package as part of a national sales team.

You will retain and grow current national rental customers, improve profitability, and meet revenue targets. Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years sales experience are preferred, with previous RAM/BDM experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business and/or Marketing or equivalent experience.
• Five (5) years or more of sales experience.
• Proven consecutive sales excellence (quota achievement) in prior roles.

Responsabilités

• Manages a book of approximately 100 top national rental accounts.
• Grows wallet share and revenue within assigned national rental accounts.
• Develops sales plans and a communication plan for each assigned account.
• Schedules and leads customer meetings and builds relationships at all levels of the customer organization.
• Attends customer events and trade shows for applicable industries within the territory.
• Completes annual business reviews with assigned customers.
• Analyzes profitability of assigned national rental accounts and understands competitive influences and risks.
