Job summary

Nourish is seeking an experienced Provider Partnerships Area Director to lead five regions, each with a Regional Manager and ~8 Managers. You will build a high-performing field organization, coach leaders, and drive adoption with health system partners while collaborating across Enablement, Ops, Product, and Marketing.

You will translate national strategy into regional action, establish KPIs, and scale systems and playbooks to accelerate growth, hiring, coaching, and execution across the field

Qualifications

• Proven experience building and scaling field-based teams in health care or enterprise partnerships.
• Experience managing managers and developing leaders with a track record of talent growth.
• Ability to translate national strategy into repeatable regional execution and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and develop Provider Partnerships regional leaders and managers.
• Ensure consistent regional execution with standardized performance, hiring, and coaching processes.
• Lead enterprise health system partnerships and coordinate with cross-functional HQ teams to scale adoption and impact.
• Serve as the connector between field and HQ to surface insights and unblock blockers.
• Drive culture, scale leadership, and create a patient-first environment in a high-growth field organization.
