Responsibilities

Build and scale a high-performing field organization across five regions.
Hire, coach, and develop Regional Managers and Frontline Managers with disciplined routines.
Drive consistent regional execution with shared standards and dashboards.
Translate national strategy into field-ready action plans with defined KPIs and owners.
Lead enterprise health system partnerships and align with cross-functional partners to drive adoption and growth.
Serve as the bridge between field and HQ, removing blockers and scaling successful initiatives.
Foster a patient-first culture and identify emerging leaders for future growth.
