Job summary

Requirements: HS diploma, 3+ years recruiting 1099 insurance agents; strong communication and time management. A Bachelor’s degree and Midwest/Southeast experience are preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to set and achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Source, interview, recruit, and close independent insurance agents for Optavise.
• Support Worksite IMO's by sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Establish referral sources and develop new candidate pools for growth.
• Participate in career fairs and industry events; build relationships with home office and field teams.
• Provide weekly KPI reporting and meet monthly/quarterly recruiting objectives.
