Globe Life seeks an Agent Recruiter to attract, recruit, and onboard insurance agents, guiding them through onboarding and supporting their growth to drive production. You will conduct high-volume outreach, manage agent relationships, and coordinate seminars while meeting quarterly recruiting quotas in a remote work setting.

The role emphasizes collaboration, proactive communication, and a commitment to helping agents grow their businesses.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of insurance agent recruiting experience preferred.
• Call center experience in customer service or phone sales preferred.
• Medicare experience or knowledge preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent follow-up and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify and evaluate prospective agents by interviewing to assess their skills and background in insurance.
• Conduct high-volume outreach via telephone and face-to-face interactions to recruit qualified agents.
• Maintain agent relationships by training and recruiting webinars and supporting team development.
• Meet quarterly recruiting quotas and production requirements.
• Coordinate seminar participation and register agents for seminars.
• Participate in weekly recruiting team calls.
