CNO Financial Group, Inc. is seeking a National Recruiting Manager to lead sourcing and hiring of independent insurance agents for Optavise Worksite. You will develop strategic recruiting pipelines, train field recruiters, and drive KPI-based results nationwide.

The role supports remote work from US locations with ET/Central hours, collaborates with home office and field managers, and requires 3+ years of 1099 agency recruiting experience in insurance. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3+ years of experience recruiting 1099 professional insurance agents.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to set and achieve goals and self-motivate.
• Passion to help candidates succeed in their careers.

Responsabilidades

• Source, interview, recruit, and close agents and management candidates for Optavise Field Worksite.
• Support Worksite IMO’s by sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding licensed and non-licensed candidates.
• Establish referral sources for agents and management candidates.
• Develop new sources for attracting talent.
• Participate in career fairs and industry events to identify talent.
• Build relationships with home office recruiting team, field managers, and agents.
• Provide coaching on sourcing/recruiting techniques.
• Complete weekly KPI reporting and tracking.
