Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a National Development Manager to expand our footprint in the marketplace and accelerate the sales cycle by turning qualified leads into national account opportunities.

The role focuses on lead nurturing, distributing opportunities to Field Sales, educating prospects on Ryder's value, and maintaining high activity to meet quotas. Remote work is 100%; base salary is $50,000 plus commission.

Qualifications

• Lead nurturing and qualification to determine if a lead merits engagement
• Educate prospects on Ryder's value proposition and services offered
• Maintain high activity to pass qualified leads to sales and close deals

Responsibilities

• Recognize customer pain points and offer Ryder solutions; converse on transportation industry topics
• Performs other duties as assigned.
