Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a National Development Manager to expand the national footprint and shorten the sales cycle by turning over highly qualified leads to Field Sales.

The role focuses on national accounts, lead nurturing, and educating prospects about Ryder's value proposition and services while maintaining high activity levels to drive revenue. Remote work is offered, with a salaried pay structure and commission potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or equivalent experience.
• Three+ years successful sales experience required.
• Five+ years B2B selling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Nurture leads and assess fit to ICP and activity level.
• Apply BANT criteria to qualify leads for a sales resource.
• Schedule meetings between SQ and Ryder Sales Rep.
• Educate prospects on Ryder's value proposition and services.
• Maintain high call volume to pass qualified leads and generate revenue.
• Recognize customer pain points and offer Ryder solutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
