Job summary

Apex is seeking a bold, growth-driven National Service Line Leader – Infrastructure to build and execute a national infrastructure strategy accelerating growth in water and wastewater, civil/site engineering, and transportation engineering.

This strategic role unifies teams, scales geographies, and drives delivery excellence through modern models like design centers and AI-enabled workflows, while owning the regulatory and funding landscape at federal and state levels.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership capable of shaping and executing a national infrastructure strategy.
• Experience unifying cross-functional engineering teams across disciplines.
• Ability to collaborate with executives on funding, policy, and program mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Evolve and execute a national infrastructure strategy with measurable growth.
• Unify existing infrastructure teams into one high-performing national capability.
• Support recruiting and retention of seller-doers and technical leaders.
• Advance alternate delivery models (centers, communities of practice, AI-enabled workflows) for efficiency and quality.
