Qualifications

• BS or MS in Civil or Environmental Engineering required.
• 15+ years of municipal infrastructure experience desired.
• Registered Professional Engineer in NH preferred.
• Proven success in developing new markets and achieving growth targets.
• Strong mentoring and cross-discipline leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth of municipal infrastructure services in NH.
• Develop strategic plans to expand relationships with municipal, utility, and public-sector clients.
• Oversee project delivery for water, wastewater, stormwater, transportation, and civil projects.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and QA/QC oversight to teams.
• Recruit and develop engineers and project managers to grow Apex's local presence.
