Qualifications

• BS or MS in Civil or Environmental Engineering required.
• 15+ years of municipal infrastructure experience.
• Registered Professional Engineer preferred in MA.

Responsabilités

• Lead market growth of Apex's infrastructure services in the local market.
• Develop strategic plans with municipal, utility, and public-sector clients.
• Oversee delivery of municipal projects including water, wastewater, stormwater, transportation, and civil engineering.
• Mentor engineers and project teams; build a strong local presence.
