Job summary

Autocar, LLC is seeking a National Accounts Fleet Director (Remote) to lead strategic national fleet relationships in the refuse sector. You’ll own high-impact accounts, develop long-cycle partnerships, and drive revenue growth with direct factory support and uptime excellence.

You’ll collaborate with engineering and production to translate customer needs into specifications while leveraging Autocar’s ALWAYS UP direct support and a national account focus. Remote role from designated markets.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in refuse industry with customer relationships
• Experience selling directly to end-user fleets as an OEM or similar role in the waste industry
• Willingness to travel weekly for account coverage
• Bachelor’s degree preferred though not required

Responsibilities

• Own national fleet accounts and drive direct relationships with large operators (200+ vehicles)
• Drive national account growth through direct sales and fleet opportunities
• Consult on customer needs by translating operations into truck specifications and working with product engineering
