United States | Remote | Approximately 50% National Travel | Full-Time | Direct Hire

MaxIT Consulting – Max Corporate Group is conducting an executive search for a senior operations leader to oversee a large, geographically distributed Facilities Management organization supporting education-sector operations across the United States.

This role is designed for an experienced executive who has led complex multi-site operations, developed high-performing leadership teams, strengthened client relationships, and driven operational excellence and sustainable growth across large portfolios.

The Opportunity

The selected executive will provide strategic and operational leadership across a nationwide Facilities Management organization.

The position combines business strategy, operational performance, people leadership, client engagement, talent development, succession planning, and long-term organizational growth.

Strong candidates will be comfortable operating at both strategic and execution levels, leading geographically dispersed teams while partnering with senior stakeholders and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership for complex, multi-site Facilities Management operations across geographically distributed locations.
