Godot Consulting Group is seeking a National Commercial Title Coordinator to support top-tier title, escrow, and legal settlement teams nationwide. You will drive transaction workflows, perform title reviews, draft and examine proformas, and coordinate multi-property closings with underwriters, attorneys, and lenders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Commercial Real Estate Paralegal, Title Coordinator, or Title Examiner.
• Strong proficiency in title review, proformas, title bills, and title policies.
• Experience with multi-state transactions and closing coordination.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive title review and examination of commitments, search packages, and related documents.
• Draft, review, and issue proforma title policies and final ALTA title policies.
• Calculate, issue, and manage title bills, fees, endorsements, and recording charges.
• Coordinate multi-state pipelines from order intake to post-closing and meet critical dates.
• Review ALTA/NSPS surveys, authority documents, and UCC searches; flag issues for underwriting.
• Clear title exceptions with sellers, buyers, lenders and underwriters.
• Serve as primary operational contact for attorneys, brokers, lenders, and underwriting teams.
